Description of event:

Special Guests: Marisa Petroro, Case #18 on Deal or No Deal will be presenting the Annual Crime Survivors Run/Walk Health & Safety Expo along with our presenting sponsor (to be named). The purpose of this event is to bring awareness, prevention and survival to all surrounding communities while offering resources and services to victims of crime so they may walk away empowered with the tools to survive and thrive. This event is also a fund-raising opportunity for Crime Survivors, Inc. to help support our programs. All proceeds raised by this event will go directly to programs for Crime Survivors, Inc., including the Future Home of the Crime Survivors Resource Center, the child & adult victim emergency bags, resource guides and let’s meet officer frank book programs.

Volunteer Assistance will be needed for the following event tasks:
-         Sponsorships, Vendors, Goody Bag Items, Runners/Walkers, Teams & More
-         Set Up
-         Posting  Event Signage
-         Directing participants around the venue and to designated event parking lots
-         Volunteer Check In Booth
-         Health & Safety Expo Check In & Map
-         Pre Registration Booth – Registration & Handing out Shirts & Goody Bags
-         Day of Registration Booth – Registration & Handing out Shirts & Goody Bags
-         Handing out Water and Refreshments to Runners/Walkers during and after the run/walk.
-         Handing out Medals at the Finish line
-        Clean Up
